This session will re-direct all of those proverbial chickens back to the auditorium because the tuba is a fascinating instrument with a rich history and unique sound. Join tubaist Kevin Bock for a first-hand account of why the tuba is truly an instrument worthy of a closer look.  \nProgram Details\n“Sheltering in place” just got more creative! Scottsdale Arts’ Memory Lounge program brings professional artists and creative activities to you\, twice each month\, during the pandemic. It is a program for people living with dementia and their care partners\, and it is also a creative aging program open to others interested in joining in! \nJoin us on third Fridays for our new music series\, In the Spotlight: Finally! In each session you will meet a member of the Phoenix Symphony Orchestra\, who will tell us about their instruments\, play for us\, and let us know why they chose them even though they rarely have any solo parts!
