DESCRIPTION:About the Event\nEnjoy great music\, exercise\, and musical brain games with professional jazz vocalist and certified dementia practitioner Shannon Wallace\, CDP\, CDC\, in an interactive Musical Memory Care™️ workshop. During this live online session\, participants can experience full-body movement exercises\, memory and hand-eye coordination games\, problem-solving games\, humor\, and interactive\, reflective conversation\, all set to music and/or rhythm. This workshop is a low-impact session with arm and leg movement from a seated position.  \nAbout the artist \nShannon’s career spans more than 25 years in international music\, marketing\, television\, and public policy/advocacy.
